The deep box design provides space for your finished 3D casts and other meaningful keepsakes, while the clear perspex front allows them to be beautifully displayed and helps protect them.

✨ Create Your Keepsake in 4 Simple Stages

1️⃣ PREPARE

Simply mix our skin-safe moulding material with water to create a soft, gentle mould ready for your baby’s tiny hand or foot. 🤍

2️⃣ CAST

Gently hold your baby’s hand or foot in the mixture for just a few moments while it sets. Our quick-setting moulding material makes the process simple and straightforward.

3️⃣ SET

Pour in the casting stone and leave it to fully dry for approximately 2–3 hours. Once set, carefully peel away the mould to reveal your beautiful, detailed 3D cast — a timeless sculptural memory to treasure forever. ✨

4️⃣ FRAME

Once finished, secure your casts inside the beautiful shadow box frame using either the square or heart-shaped insert. Display your keepsake proudly at home or gift it to someone special. 🤍

🏡 What You’ll Need at Home

To make the casting process as easy as possible, you will also need a few basic household items:

• A container for mixing the alginate
• A separate container for mixing the casting stone
• A manual whisk
• Empty plastic tubs or suitable containers for your baby’s hands or feet
• No More Nails or another suitable adhesive for securely attaching your finished casts

Although super glue is included in the kit, we have found that No More Nails provides a stronger, more reliable finish and is easier for securing the casts to the frame.

We also recommend having some fine-grit sandpaper and a cheese grater available for smoothing and levelling the back of your casts, helping them sit flat and securely against the frame.
